SES TechCom and Redwire Space NV are the two shareholders of RSS.  Together they offer the expertise of a leading satellite operator and of a satellite platforms and on-board equipment manufacturer.

SES TechCom Services based in Betzdorf (Luxemburg) is a 100%-owned SES company, a global satellite owner and operator, and provides operational services, technical consultancy, high-tech products as well as integrated solutions to the satellite industry around the world. 

Redwire Space NV (formerly Qinetiq Sapce NV) is a company located in Kruibeke (Belgium) which offers manufacturing of satellites for applications such as earth observation, environmental monitoring, security, etc. Besides, Redwire is the principal provider of Proba satellites to the European Space Agency (ESA).
